MP E-PAD is an elastomer-based impact modifier designed for all rigid and flexible PVC compounds & its products like PVC pipes, fittings, profiles, window profiles, sheet & water stops etc. It can be used in CPVC applications as well. MP E-PAD IMPACT MODIFIER will support impact and improve processing at the time of production. This can be compatible and has no staining or cross-contamination with all PVC additives. It is an alternative for CPE 135.

Recommendations

MP E-PAD is used at 1 – 3 phr in All rigid PVC compounds and 1-2 phr in flexible PVC applications. The dosage will vary depends on processing equipment and type of products. The mixing temperature recommended from 115 to 130°C to get uniform dispersion.

Advantages:

It can be replaced for CPE 135 subjected to the requirement. It can be replaced by 50 % of acrylic impact modifiers.

 

Packaging:

The product is available in 20 or 25 kg bags. Bag to be kept at the dry place of normal temperature.
