Definition: MP 1001TRP is a transparent powder tin stabilizer especially designed for all kind of transparent PVC compounds and its final products .MP 1001 TRP can replace 100 % liquid Tin in all rigid and flexible applications.
MP 1001 TRP can mix with normal compounds which make easy processing during production. This can be compatible and no staining with ca/zn & OBS stabilizers.
This stabilizer can reduce overall compound cost without affecting the stability and in support with esbo. Specification

Recommendations
MP1001 TRP is used at 1.5 – 3 phr in All rigid Transparent PVC products. The dosage will vary depends on processing equipment and type of products. The mixing temperature is recommended from 115 to 130°C to get uniform dispersion.

The product is available in 20 or 25 kg bags.
Storage: It should be kept in cool and dry and place with good storage and ventilation.
